I have had the pleasure of being a State Farm Agent since 2015. Prior to State Farm, I spent over 15 years in the Financial Services Industry, primarily in Real Estate Lending.

I was blessed to get remarried to my husband Eric in 2020. When we're not working, we enjoy camping, traveling, and watching football together. I have two beautiful teenage daughters, a Sophomore in high school, and a Sophomore in college at Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design.

Our office proudly serves the East Madison area, including Monona, Sun Prairie, Windsor/DeForest, Waunakee, and Cottage Grove. Outside of the Madison area? No problem, we can insure anywhere in Wisconsin, as well as Illinois and Michigan. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you!

Donna has been delivering extraordinary customer service to State Farm customers since 2013. She joined Melissa’s office in 2018, and embraces her title of “Customer Relationship Manager,” by taking pride in ensuring every customer knows they are a valuable member of our agency’s State Farm Family. If you are new to our agency, Donna will likely be the one working up your quotes and creating your Personal Price Plan.

Outside of work, Donna is happiest doting on her husband and their big, blended family of twelve. (!) She also has two fur-babies that she loves to spoil! In addition to spending time with family and friends, Donna enjoys boating, camping, and traveling whenever possible. Donna is licensed in auto, home, life, and health insurance for both Wisconsin and Illinois.

Jeff started his State Farm career in 2016 with an agency in Montana. Originally from Wisconsin, in 2019 he moved back home to be closer to family, ultimately finding his path to Melissa’s office. He is married with two amazing boys and in his free time enjoys fishing, nature hikes, gaming and of course, spending as much time as possible with his family. As our Office Manager, Jeff is our go-to on most everything customer service related and is knowledgeable across auto, home and life insurance. Chances are when you call the office, you will hear his voice on the other line happy to assist!
